A strategy to increase long-term shareholder value by maximizing the appreciation in value of the Company's land holdings, accelerating the rate of annual sales, and converting sales proceeds into a stable long-term income stream by acquiring quality income properties located in the Southeastern United States using 1031 tax strategy. Additionally, the Company has instituted a long-range plan to identify and select high-value Daytona Beach properties, which the Company will either self-develop, build to suit-lease back, or land lease, and will retain long-term in the Company’s income properties portfolio. |
