View a Map of Our Current Income Properties

Our business model is a very basic one, which may be expanded both vertically and horizontally. Examples of vertical integration would be to develop and manage income properties in addition to the current practice of only owning them. Examples of horizontal integration would be to sell and manage real estate owned by other parties.

Since income properties are excellent collateral for loans, the introduction of financial leverage could be a very powerful way to expand current activities. Also, the footprint of current activities could be expanded through the acquisition of additional land.

While all of the above activities are constantly under review and subject to financial modeling, these examples are provided to illustrate possibilities for expanding the current business model and not to suggest which of the activities will be adopted.
